Tony Gharakhani: Founder & Clinical Director | Ahora Home & Community Care
Tony Gharakhani brings more than three decades of healthcare experience to Ahora Home & Community Care, including over 22 years at Princess Margaret Hospital, with extensive clinical experience in acute and emergency care. He holds a Master’s degree in Microbiology and brings more than two decades of healthcare education and leadership experience.
As Founder and Clinical Director, Tony leads Ahora’s specialized home and community care services for individuals recovering from motor vehicle accident-related injuries. His boutique approach emphasizes responsive service, careful provider matching, timely implementation, and consistent communication. He works closely with occupational therapists, case managers, legal professionals, clients, families, and rehabilitation teams to ensure care is professionally coordinated, dependable, and responsive to each client’s evolving rehabilitation and functional needs.

Ahora Home & Community Care brings together an accomplished team of healthcare professionals and community-based providers with advanced academic and professional credentials, including doctoral and master’s-level education, extensive clinical experience, and contributions to healthcare education, research, and professional publications. Together, they deliver responsive, individualized, and well-coordinated care tailored to each client’s needs, circumstances, and rehabilitation journey.
